We offer our clients a comprehensive written report in a timely manner. An average inspection takes two to four hours considering the age and condition of the property. Our report is prepared and customized for the sole confidential and exclusive use and possesion of our clients. A typical report consists of a general information outline and ten to 20 page property-specific report. Our inspector is fully qualified, well trained, and has "hands-on" experience in all aspects of home construction and systems.
