Clients should plan to be present during the inspection and have questions ready to ask the inspector about their potential new home. By following the home inspector around the house, the client will learn a great deal about the condition of the home, how its systems work, and how to maintain it. The client will also find the written report easier to understand if they've seen the property first-hand through the inspector's eyes. It's important to know as much about the new home as possible, so don't be afraid to ask any questions that come to mind.

We offer our clients a comprehensive written report in a timely manner. An average inspection takes two to four hours considering the age and condition of the property. Our report is prepared and customized for the sole confidential and exclusive use and possesion of our clients. A typical report consists of a general information outline and ten to 20 page property-specific report. Our inspector is fully qualified, well trained, and has "hands-on" experience in all aspects of home construction and systems.

Single-family homes and condominiums each pose their own unique inspection challenges. However, we realize that those purchasing a condominium are not only purchasing the interior of their living unit, but they are also purchasing a common interest ownership of ALL of the exteriors, the grounds, driveways.
With this in mind, and knowing that the monthly common charges are related to the upkeep of the entire complex, we look at the general overall condition of the complex, as well as the interior of the unit. If done well, a condo is as much work as an average single-family house.
