We offer our clients a comprehensive written report in a timely manner. An average inspection takes two to four hours considering the age and condition of the property. Our report is prepared and customized for the sole confidential and exclusive use and possesion of our clients. A typical report consists of a general information outline and ten to 20 page property-specific report. Our inspectors are fully qualified, well trained, and have "hands-on" experience in all aspects of home construction and systems.

For the majority of people, buying a house is one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. Yet, many of them experience anxious moments when purchasing a home because they don't know exactly what it is they are buying.

Single-family homes and condominiums each pose their own unique inspection challenges, however, we realize that those purchasing a condominium are not only purchasing the interior of their living unit, but they are also purchasing a common interest ownership of ALL of the exteriors, the grounds, driveways.
With this in mind, and knowing that the monthly common charges are related to the upkeep of the entire complex, we look at the general overall condition of the complex, as well as the interior of the unit. If done well, a condo is as much work as an average single-family house.
